Prior to working for DCS Advisory, she was the Head of Global Talent Management and Employment for Legg Mason, Inc, an investment administration agency headquartered in Baltimore, MD. She was answerable for leading the Global Talent Management strategy that included talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and growth, efficiency administration, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and profession planning. Her background contains nearly 20 years in HR leadership positions, with expertise in HR start-ups, fix-its, and enterprise realignments for private and non-private corporations specializing in Financial Services and Healthcare Services industries. Christy acquired her B.A. from Emory University and her M.B.A., with a concentration in Organization Development, from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University. one hundred International Drive
